Components and Base Services of the Bitbon System

The Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract “Components and Base Services of the Bitbon System” (hereinafter — Appendix) specifies the list of the main components and base services of the Bitbon System.

SECTION 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Chapter 1. Terms and Definitions

Article 1. Use of Terms

1. The terms used in this Appendix shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions given in the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Terms and Definitions in the Bitbon System Social Network.

Chapter 2. Subject and Structure of the Appendix

Article 2. Subject of the Appendix

1. This Appendix regulates relations between Bitbon System Users (hereinafter — User) that arise when using the functionalities of the Bitbon System components (hereinafter — component) and the Bitbon System base services (hereinafter — base service).

2. This Appendix establishes the list of the main components and base services.

Article 3. Structure of the Appendix

1. This Appendix consists of the preamble, sections, chapters, which consist of articles that include parts and paragraphs. The structure of the Appendix includes links and references to the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract, as well as to separate Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract.

Chapter 3. Components of the Bitbon System

Article 4. Concept of Component of the Bitbon System

1. Component is an application or a group of applications being architecture elements of the Bitbon System infrastructure, which interact with each other ensuring the operation of base services and services of Users.

2. Access of the User to components is provided through a Bitbon System account (hereinafter — account).

Article 5. List of Main Components of the Bitbon System

1. The main components of the Bitbon System include:

  • account;
  • Assetbox;
  • capitalization fund of the Bitbon System (hereinafter — capitalization fund);
  • providing fund of the Bitbon System (hereinafter — providing fund);
  • digital asset protocol form.

2. The list of the main components is not exhaustive and will be supplemented as new components and their functionalities are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

3. The Bitbon System has other components, which the User does not directly interact with, but which are an integral part of the Bitbon System infrastructure.

Article 6. Bitbon System Account

1. Account is a component created as a result of the registration of a subject in the Bitbon System in order to get the rights of the User.

2. The account functioning and special aspects of its use by the User are regulated by the Appendix Bitbon System Account.

Article 7. Assetbox

1. Assetbox is a component intended for registration of digital asset units in the Bitbon System, which provides access to the storage address of distributed ledger token accounting units in the distributed ledger token accounting system.

2. The features of Assetboxes allow Users to interact during circulation of digital assets in the Bitbon System.

3. The User can additionally assign the following to his/her Assetbox:

3.1. Alias as a unique name to make it easier for other Users to identify the Assetbox.
3.2. Icon for visual identification.
3.3. Info as additional information (comment) for an Assetbox.

4. When an Assetbox is created, a hash allowing the User to identify such Assetbox in the Bitbon System is assigned.

Article 8. Capitalization Fund of the Bitbon System

1. Capitalization fund is a component, the purpose of which is to provide the mechanism that allows Bitbon System Participants to develop the Bitbon System in the interest of all of its Users.

2. The capitalization fund is managed by Bitbon System Participants.

3. The terms of the capitalization fund functioning are established by this Appendix, the Appendix “Funds of the Bitbon System” and the Bitbon System Public Contract.

Article 9. Providing Fund of the Bitbon System

1. Providing fund is a component that accumulates Bitbon digital asset units received from service fees and distributes them among Bitbon System Providers based on the role of a Provider: Registrator and/or Partitioner.

2. The terms of the providing fund functioning are established by this Appendix, the Appendix “Funds of the Bitbon System” and the Bitbon System Public Contract.

Article 10. Digital Asset Protocol Form

1. Digital asset protocol form is a special form for creating a digital asset, which contains standardized parameters for each type of a digital asset, determining which the User establishes the terms and conditions for the circulation of the digital asset as well as its attributes and properties during tokenization of an initial asset.

2. The digital asset protocol form and its features are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Chapter 4. Base Services of the Bitbon System

Article 11. Concept of Base Service of the Bitbon System

1. Base service is a software complex that is an architecture element of the Bitbon System infrastructure and provides Users with access to certain functionality of this infrastructure in order for Users to realize property and personal non-property relations using digital assets.

Article 12. List of Base Services of the Bitbon System

1. Base services of the Bitbon System include:

  • One Space service (management of access to the Bitbon System infrastructure);
  • announcement service (publication of and search for announcements regarding transfer of digital asset units);
  • Safebox service (specialized storage of digital asset units);
  • Bonpay service (transfers of digital asset units or payments);
  • Bitbon System Integration service (integration with the Bitbon System infrastructure);
  • banking agreement service (keeping records and management of rights under banking agreements);
  • User profile data service (management of public availability of the User profile data);
  • digital asset creation service (access to the initial asset tokenization);
  • channel service (creation and management of news);
  • contributing service (ensuring the implementation of commercial projects);
  • obventing service (automatic targeted distribution of digital asset units among Users);
  • Bon Transfer service (transfer of digital asset units);
  • bilateral transaction service (concluding transactions with guaranteed transfer of digital asset units);
  • providing service (ensuring the Bitbon System decentralization).

2. The list of base services is not exhaustive and will be supplemented as new base services and their functionalities are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 13. One Space Service

1. The One Space service is a base service that provides the infrastructure for interaction of Users.

2. The functionality of the One Space service is regulated by the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract One Space Base Service.

Article 14. Announcement Service

1. The announcement service is a base service that allows searching for and creating announcements to exchange property and personal non-property rights using digital asset units.

2. The announcement service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 15. Safebox Service

1. The Safebox service is a base service that allows storing and managing digital asset units with advanced access authentication capabilities.

2. The Safebox service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 16. Bonpay Service

1. The Bonpay service is a base service that provides access to the functionality allowing the User to make purchases in retail outlets or on the Internet using digital asset units, as well as generate invoices for payment using QR codes.

2. The Bonpay service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 17. Bitbon System Integration Service

1. The Bitbon System Integration service (BSI) is a base service that allows integrating various services and business-oriented solutions with the Bitbon System using API protocols.

2. The Bitbon System Integration service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 18. Banking Agreement Service

1. The banking agreement service is a base service that allows making deals in the Bitbon System with deferred payment.

2. The banking agreement accounting service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 19. User Profile Data Service

1. The User profile data service is a base service that allows the User to manage access to his/her personal data using the Bitbon System infrastructure, namely to determine the amount of personal data to which such User is ready to provide access, the range of subjects to whom he/she is ready to provide such data and the possibility of further use of personal data.

2. The User profile data service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 20. Digital Asset Creation Service

1. The digital asset creation service is a base service that provides access to the initial asset tokenization in order to implement methods for keeping records of property or personal non-property rights to the initial asset for digital assets.

2. The digital asset creation service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 21. Channel Service

1. The channel service is a base service that provides access to the functionality allowing the User to share his/her news and communicate with other Users in the same space.

2. The channel service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 22. Contributing Service

1. The contributing service is a base service that ensures the implementation of commercial projects using the functionality of the Bitbon System infrastructure.

2. The contributing service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 23. Obventing Service

1. The obventing service is a base service that provides access to the process of distributing obvents using digital asset units, the protocol of which envisions obvents.

2. The obventing service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 24. Bon Transfer Service

1. The Bon Transfer service is a base service that allows transferring property and personal non-property rights using digital asset units.

2. The Bon Transfer service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 25. Bilateral Transaction Service

1. The bilateral transaction service is a base service that allows concluding a transaction with the definition of the terms and conditions, upon fulfillment and/or occurrence of which guaranteed transfer of digital asset units is carried out.

2. The bilateral transaction service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

Article 26. Providing Service

1. The providing service is a base service that allows ensuring the economic, legal and technical decentralization of the Bitbon System by providing a certain number of Bitbon digital asset units owned by the User and resources of proper quality.

2. The providing service and its functionality are implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

SECTION 3. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS

Chapter 5. General and Other Terms and Conditions

Article 27. General Terms and Conditions

1. Amendments and/or additions to this Appendix may be made solely under the rules stipulated by the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Making Amendments and/or Additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

2. If there is any discrepancy between various forms (printed, electronic, etc.) of this Appendix, its electronic version published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System shall be deemed official.

3. This Appendix is translated into other languages only for convenience of Users. In case of differences in understanding and/or interpretation of this Appendix, the Russian version shall prevail.

4. Only the Bitbon System Operators are entitled to give an official explanation of this Appendix.

5. In accordance with Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, this Appendix is an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract and comes into force after its publication on the official information resources of the Bitbon System.

6. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, amendments and/or additions may be made to this Appendix only if such amendments and/or additions do not contradict the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract. Amendments and/or additions made to this Appendix shall be published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System and come into force after their publication.

Article 28. Other Terms and Conditions

1. The Bitbon System Operators strive to maintain uninterrupted operation of the components and base services. By using the Bitbon System infrastructure, the User agrees that there is a possibility of disruptions in the operation of the Bitbon System infrastructure, which may lead to a temporary interruption of the operation and limitation of access to the functionalities of the components and/or base services in whole or in any part.

2. The User shall not use the components and base services if he/she does not accept the terms and conditions established by the Bitbon System Public Contract in whole or in any part.

3. The use of the Bitbon System infrastructure shall mean agreement of the User with the terms and conditions established by the Bitbon System Public Contract.
