Service Fees in the Bitbon System: the Procedure for Their Deduction and Distribution

1. The terms used in this Appendix shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions given in the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Terms and Definitions in the Bitbon System Social Network.

1. The subject of this Appendix is relations between Bitbon System Users[i] (hereinafter — User) that arise in the process of deducting service fees in the Bitbon System (hereinafter — service fee).

2. This Appendix establishes the list of service fees, the procedure for their calculation, deduction and distribution in the Bitbon System.

1. This Appendix consists of the preamble, sections, chapters, which consist of articles that include parts and paragraphs. The structure of the Appendix includes links and references to the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract, as well as to separate Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract.

1. In accordance with paragraph 1 of Provision 16 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, the Bitbon System envisions a service fee paid by Users, including for the purpose of maintaining and developing the Bitbon System infrastructure[i].

2. The service fee is a certain number of Bitbon units[i], the deduction of which allows a Bitbon System User to access the Bitbon System functionality. The service fee consists of two parts: infrastructure fee and operation fee.

1. The infrastructure fee in the Bitbon System (hereinafter — infrastructure fee) is part of the service fee for using the Bitbon System infrastructure, which is mandatory and deducted in Bitbon units[i].

2. The size of the infrastructure fee is based on the base rate of the service fee (hereinafter — base rate, BR).

3. The base rate is the initial value expressed in Bitbon units for calculating the service fee.

4. The infrastructure fee is established to maintain and develop the Bitbon System infrastructure.

1. The base rate is determined automatically using a special calculation mechanism that takes into account the dynamics of the national currency basket. The mechanism for calculating the base rate is based on the principle that ensures the stability of the base rate in relation to the currencies of different states when the price of the Bitbon[i] changes.

2. The mechanism for calculating the base rate is published in the “Audit and Statistics” section on the official information resource of the Bitbon System[i]: https://www.bitbon.space.

3. Until the implementation of the mechanism for automatic calculation of the base rate specified in the Bitbon System Roadmap, the base rate is established by the First Bitbon System Operator[i] at the level of 0.001 bitbons.

1. The sizes of infrastructure fees for using functions of the base services of the Bitbon System[i] (hereinafter — base service) are established by the First Bitbon System Operator.

2. The following infrastructure fees are established for using the base services:

* The current value of the base rate in relation to Bitbon is available in the Audit and Statistics section.

3. The list of established infrastructure fees is not exhaustive and will be supplemented as the functionality of the Bitbon System infrastructure expands in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

1. Access to a specific base service is provided automatically after deducting the infrastructure fee.

2. The infrastructure fee is considered deducted from the moment it is deposited to the Assetbox[i] of the Bitbon System infrastructure fee fund[i].

3. The infrastructure fee is deducted in Bitbon units.

4. The infrastructure fee is rounded up to the eighth decimal place.

5. No infrastructure fee is deducted for transfers from the infrastructure fee fund of the Bitbon System and providing fund of the Bitbon System[i].

1. The infrastructure fee is distributed from the Bitbon System infrastructure fee fund in accordance with paragraph 2 of Provision 16 of the Bitbon System Public Contract.

2. The infrastructure fee is distributed from the Bitbon System infrastructure fee fund every 72 hours.

1. The operation fee in the Bitbon System (hereinafter — operation fee) is part of the service fee for using the services of Bitbon System Users[i].

2. The terms of collection, the procedure for calculating, deducting and distributing operation fees are established by the terms and conditions for using a particular service of the User.

1. Amendments and/or additions to this Appendix may be made solely under the rules stipulated by the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Making Amendments and/or Additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

2. If there is any discrepancy between various forms (printed, electronic, etc.) of this Appendix, its electronic version published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System shall be deemed official.

3. This Appendix is translated into other languages only for convenience of Users. In case of differences in understanding and/or interpretation of this Appendix, the Russian version shall prevail.

4. Only the Operators[i] are entitled to give an official explanation of this Appendix.

5. In accordance with Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, this Appendix is an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract and comes into force after its publication on the official information resources of the Bitbon System.

6. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, amendments and/or additions may be made to this Appendix only if such amendments and/or additions do not contradict the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract. Amendments and/or additions made to this Appendix shall be published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System and come into force in accordance with the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract “Making Amendments and/or Additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract”.

1. The Operators strive to maintain uninterrupted operation of the components[i] and base services. By using the Bitbon System infrastructure, the User agrees that there is a possibility of disruptions in the operation of the Bitbon System infrastructure, which may lead to a temporary interruption of the operation and limitation of access to the functionalities of the components and/or base services in whole or in any part.

2. If the service fee has not been deducted due to a disruption in the operation of the components and/or base services, the service fee shall be deducted.

3. The User shall not use the components and base services if he/she does not accept the terms and conditions for deducting and distributing the service fee established by the Bitbon System Public Contract and/or this Appendix in whole or in any part.

4. The use of the Bitbon System infrastructure shall mean agreement of the User with the terms and conditions for deducting and distributing the service fee established by the Bitbon System Public Contract and this Appendix.
